Frank Mesaros, MPA, MT(ASCP), CPC


Frank Mesaros has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. His extensive experience in laboratories including research, academic, hospital based, and independent laboratory settings provide a practical perspective to our analysis. Frank has extensive experience in coding, billing, documentation compliance, and operations. Mr. Mesaros is a specialist in information systems, analysis and logistics support for consulting engagements. His current work includes coding, billing, and documentation analysis, Charge Description Master analysis, denial analysis, interim laboratory compliance management, order form design and development, policy and procedure development, litigation support, and operational and performance assessments.

Frank received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Healthcare. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology and has completed graduate level courses in pharmacology from New York Medical College.

Albert Madansky, Ph.D., Statistician
Senior Executive Advisor

Dr. Albert Madansky is a nationally renowned statistician and the H.G.B. Alexander Professor Emeritus of Business Administration at the University of Chicago. Dr. Madansky has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies on statistical and business matters. He has also served on the Editorial Boards of statistical and business journals and publications, as well as having been Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business. Al is the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles on statistics and business management, as well as four books on statistics. In his current capacity as Senior Executive Advisor, Al serves as Trusent Solutions, LLC’s resident expert statistician. He provides expert testimony and litigation support consulting services.

Dr. Madansky holds an MS and Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Chicago. Al was a Fulbright-Hays Lecturer, a Fellow of the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, as well as a faculty member at UCLA, CCNY, and Yale University. He has been a member of a number of National Research Council panels, the most recent being its Panel on Conceptual, Measurement and Other Statistical Issues in Developing Cost-of-Living Indexes.

Gregory J. Urbanchuk, MSc., AVA, CFE

Greg Urbanchuk is an experienced financial and economic expert and has experience in the provision of forensic, dispute, and valuation consulting services. Gregory has worked for regional and Big Four accounting and consulting firms, including Deloitte’s Forensic and Dispute Services practice in London. Gregory has extensive knowledge in the quantification and evaluation of complex damage claims in a variety of jurisdictions and has provided testimony in matters before U.S. Federal and State Courts.

Greg holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Economics from University of London – Birkbeck College and an MSc. by Research (Distinction) in International Business from University of London – Birkbeck College.
